Primary Care Coming to the Des Moines School-Based Health and Wellness Center February 8, 2012

The Des Moines School Based Health and Wellness Center is excited to announce that Jay Fluhman of Clayton Family Practice will begin serving the Des Moines Center on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Jay will be at the School Based Health and Wellness Center on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. All appointments (student and adult) can be arranged by calling Rhonda Wingo between the hours of 8 and 4 at the following numbers: Monday and Friday: 278-2611
